Peticolas Brewing

The Peticolas Brewing Company is truly a modern day mom and pop operation. Unlike the vast majority of deep pocket investor funded breweries operating across the state, the Peticolas Brewing Company is a small family owned and operated brewery named after its founders, Michael and Melissa Peticolas. The brewery will strive to foster a local craft b... eer identity and provide North Texans with local products they can genuinely enjoy, feel connected to, and stand behind. The company plan to let the company's market tell the company which beer styles it wants. Rather than push a predetermined "flagship" on the masses, the company will brew two styles per quarter until the company's customers' reactions, feedback and buying habits merit a year round beer. This approach allows the company to listen and respond to the company's market, pair beers with specific seasons, and take advantage of ever changing craft beer trends.Read More
