Performance Heating & Cooling, Inc. was founded by Thomas Lyndon and Stuart Batten in 1993. Former co-workers and friends, the two expected a long future ahead of providing home comfort services for customers and a good living for their families. As friends, they became good business partners. Thomas and Stuart shared the same interests, and loved... piloting aircraft. Tragically, on one Sunday afternoon in October 2006, Thomas and his wife were killed in a plane crash. Our families, our customers, our employees and our community pulled us through those difficult times, and we are grateful. All the time, effort, and dedication Thomas put into Performance Heating & Cooling will never be forgotten. Performance Heating & Cooling started with a few technicians and a receptionist, working out of a shop behind Stuart's mother's house. We now staff 37 dedicated employees, most of whom have six or more years of service. That company dedication is reflected in our people and service.
