Pennovia was born as a consulting firm whose mission was to help brands and businesses tell stories and embrace social responsibility. As the firm expanded its reach, the opportunity to guide solopreneurs and business leaders came to fruition. With this Pennovia began offering sales and business coaching to small businesses and service providers. Simultaneously, we knew we could offer this same guidance to those who are in start-up phases and growth periods.
