We're excited you're ready to join! When you Join Scouts, during the online application process you'll pay the BSA's Join Fee ($25), Membership Fees through the end of the calendar year ($6/mo) and optionally Scout Life Magazine. In addition to the BSA fees there are Pack dues for our annual program (Sept-Aug), for the 2021-22 scout year these dues... are $150 and include things like the next calendar year's BSA Membership Fees, insurance, awards, campsite fees, neckerchief, pack patch and much more. We know youth activities can be expensive, money should never be an obstacle to joining scouts. If your family needs financial support to make Cub Scouts a reality for your future scout please reach out at Join Information! Scout uniform and rank book are available for purchase at https://www.scoutshop.org/ or one of the local scout shops. Remember to buy uniforms large so they last multiple years! Most scouts join at the beginning of the school year, but scouts can join at any point during the year. The scouting year runs June 1-May 31 (or till the last day of school).
