Half of our production is keep Fresh for the restaurant and we freeze and sell part of the pasta in the store and in other grocery market such as Bow Street market in Freeport or Aurora Provisions in Portland West End. We do Catering from our location, where you can bring your own pan... for having the lasagna presented just the way you like, we deliver and we will be happy to cook on your premise.
