In 2002, our founder Özdemir Ataseven made the required investments in Altınova area in Tuzla with the purpose of using his experience and knowledge in shipbuilding, and has brought Özata Shipyard to these days. Founded on a 60,000 sqm area with all opportunities, Özata Shipyard has built fully-equipped yachts, mega yachts, passenger boats, Sar Boats for special purposes and carbon fiber body catamaran ferries. With an annual processing capacity of 20,000 tons of steel , Özata Shipyard is capable of building ships up to 30.000 DWT in world class with its experienced workers and employees. Özata Shipyard's biggest goal is to make leading initiatives for its country and industry, and continues its projects with its innovations and innovative structure.
