Nathan is a father of a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old girl. His beautiful wife Lisa has a due date of November 7th for their 3rd Child. He holds a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from American Public University and bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno. Since 2004 he has worked with youth and adults that suffer from s... ubstance use and other mental illness.Most recently he concluded his tenure working with the Urban Native American population, overseeing operations of a SAMHSA grant. Nathan has a passion for criminal justice and organizational development with non-profits and grant writing. Nathan was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan and moved to Reno, Nevada when he was 3 years old. On his time off Nathan enjoys fishing, being outdoors and spending time with his daughters. Nathan is excited to be part of a growing organization and hopes to bring is experience and knowledge to the strategic development. Sarah has lived in Denver for 10 years and is originally from Wisconsin. She holds a B.A. in Humanities and Sciences from the University of Colorado-Denver and will be completing her MS-HR Management in July of 2021. She found her interest in H.R. from her background in recruiting and documentation coupled with her passion for helping others. Sarah particularly enjoys human resources because she is able to create meaningful and lasting relationships. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys hiking in the mountains, working on art pieces, and is always searching for the best latte and indie bookstore in town. Haley has lived in Fort Collins for a little over 4 years, originally from New Hampshire. She attended Plymouth State University where she graduated with a B.S. in Health Education. She found her way into H.R. by working in various medical office positions and realizing she wanted to do more with her career while still being able to help others.
