Established in 2013. I am a mobile Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach. I also have a private training space. I have a lot of mobile equipment that I can bring to your home, office, or local parks and/or trails; I can turn all of these places into your very own gym that's just for you as we focus on your needs. You can also join my small group train... ing for a more social experience. One of my favorite pieces of equipment is the TRX suspension training & I have additional training with this company. If your looking for more, one of my favorite things to do is to broaden my client's horizons by introducing them to cycling, mountain biking, running, hiking, backpacking, and a number of other outdoor activities. I also offer Healthy Eating education. No fad diets just healthy eating education and tools to help you get healthier and feel better.
