Founded in 1980, The company's House, Inc. is a private, non-profit 501(c)3 organization that provides residential, employment, day program, and recreational services to more than 300 individuals with developmental disabilities. The company's first home opened in 1980 in Summit, NJ, and the company has steadily grown to 31 locations throughout Union, Essex, Somerset, Middlesex and Morris Counties. The mission of The company's House, Inc. is to provide healthy, stimulating, and inclusive environments for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through community residences, employment services, innovative day programs, social opportunities and related support services designed to help them achieve their full potential for living meaningful and productive lives.Explore more
