Peter L. Beardsley, PE, is the Principal-in-Charge of NORTECH, Inc. He has worked in the environmental field since 1992 and in Alaska since 1998. He has worked in commercial energy auditing, contaminated site remediation, indoor air quality monitoring, asbestos abatement, regional air quality studies, and wastewater treatment. Prior to moving to Al... aska, Peter was a registered Washington State Site Assessor and has continued performing Phase I and II site assessments and field investigations in Alaska. He has recently taken several classes and seminars to further his education in the areas of energy auditing, environmental risk assessment, monitored natural attenuation, and toxicology. Jason J. Ginter, PMP, is NORTECHs Juneau office and technical manager. He has worked in the environmental remediation field since 1993 and in Alaska since 1997. He has worked in contaminated site remediation, water quality monitoring, hazardous materials and asbestos sampling, hazardous waste shipping and disposal, water and wastewater treatment, and building energy audits. Jason has 21 years of environmental experience with EPA, ADEC and ASTM test methods. John M. Hargesheimer, PE, CIH, CSBA, DEE, is a consultant for NORTECH, Inc. and a long-time Alaskan resident. John is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and a licensed Civil and Environmental Engineer with degrees in Chemical and Environmental Engineering. In 2009, John received the National Sustainable Building Advisor Program (NaSBAP) exam based Certification as a Sustainable Building Advisor (CSBA). His Diplomat status with the American Academy of Environmental Engineers is one of limited number in the state, and the he is the only Alaskan certified in both the General Environmental specialty and Industrial Hygiene field.Read More
