Nobles Construction Ltd was established in June 1995 and originally formed the general contracting arm of Nobles Painters and Decorators Ltd. Some seventeen years ago, the two businesses separated in order to pursue and develop their dedicated core strengths and aspirations. Over the last few years, Nobles has steadily grown to become a recognised... quality construction organisation in the North West and we have earned a reputation as a professional construction partner that consistently delivers on promises made. The founding management team have been strengthened and enhanced in recent years with the appointment of a number of key personnel, including a new managing director, who all have held senior positions within both local and national contracting organisations. The strong management team, with the commitment from a dedicated 58 strong workforce have successfully delivered in excess of £50 million worth of projects ranging from design and build, partnering and traditional contracts over the last three years and repeat business accounts for over 80 per cent of our current turnover which is targeted at £18m for 2012/2013. Our broad private and public sector portfolio encompasses the commercial, industrial, residential, leisure, retail, education and health sectors. We develop both new build and refurbishment works including significant work on historic listed buildings providing a team with a wealth of experience across these various sectors. We firmly believe that our success lies in an ability to consistently deliver, via hands on director led input, which is a fundamental and an integral part of our business.
