Lifestyle Communities has launched a new management fee model for new homeowners entering into a residential site agreement. The management fee is now calculated on the homeowner's purchase price, and new homeowners can choose when to pay the management fee: either 10% upfront or up to 20% when they sell. The soft launch took place in December 2025, with full rollout now in market, and to date, five upfront management fee contracts have been signed, with the first settlement having already taken place.

Justice Woodward considered that the original deferred management fee clause calculated as a percentage of the homeowner's sale price was void because it is unable to be calculated as an exact amount at the time of entry.
