Active on various boards, Rudi offers her expertise on boards of private companies. She formed an Advisory Board for the Simmons Entrepreneurship Program of venture capitalists and business leaders. She was a longstanding member of the Business Advisory Council at Simmons School of Management. She is past-president of XPX New England, a non-profit organization for professional advisors and business owners seeking a venue for building and monetizing value in preparation of an eventual exit. Rudi is passionate about mentoring career business women. She advises currently a group of women on their small businesses and guides them through the process of selling their business.
