About Next Jump

Next Jump was founded in 1994 making print coupon books for college campuses and eventually for corporate employees in partnership with HR departments of F1000 companies. WHAT the company do as a company has evolved over the years, however the company believes something much more important is WHY the company exist. The company's big audacious goal is to make the world a better place by fundamentally changing the model for how companies are run. Next Jump was selected as one out of only three organizations in the world to feature as a "Deliberately Developmental Organization" in the book "An Everyone Culture", by Harvard researchers Robert Kegan and Lisa Laskow Lahey. The company discovered a universal formula in how company cultures should be built: Better Me + Better You = Better The company. A culture built to help employees improve themselves for the purpose of helping others. The key ingredient to success is striking a balance and building a growing cycle of better me to better you.Read more
