The directors have adopted and approved our company transformation plan and we aim to be a level two contributor within the next 24 months. It is the policy of our company to give... preference to historically disadvantaged South Africans when we recruit and promote staff members. It is also our aim to ensure that we have HSDAs in key positions in our company. In our quest to provide our clients with professional and high quality service, we invest heavily in staff training and development. Our production facility is able to provide occupationally directed, instructional and work based learning programs. Historically disadvantaged South Africans receive preference as new entrants. By implementing learning programs, we contribute towards skills transfer to HSDAs and local community.
