His dedication and passion towards infrastructure saw him rise through the ranks, along with helping the company scale new heights. Mr Sharma holds degrees in B COM and LLB and has 5 years of experience in the field of construction and explosives. Mr. Nandkishor Sharma is Promoter & Partner at Mintech India Services. He has over 22 years of experience in explosives business. He has contributed in the growth of the company. He holds degrees in bachelor's of Science and LLB. Mr. Manojkumar Sharma is a fellow Chartered Accountant and a law graduate. He has vast experience in general management. Mr Sharma worked with Solar Industries in 1996, then switched to Mintech India Services since then. Mr. Shashank Sharma holds a degree in Architechture from University of Priyadarshini College of Engineering. Passed out on 2018. His contribution on Project schemes has played a big role in Mintech Group. Mr. Nikhil Sharma has done his Bachelors of Electronics and Telecommunication from University of Yashwantrao Chavan College of Engineering. He passed out on 2017.
