To facilitate the ongoing education, skills development and industry knowledge we provide ongoing training opportunities throughout the year. We encourage all of our managers to attend industry training opportunities as offered by Condominium Association Institute, (CAI) and California Association of Community Managers, (CACM). In addition, we offer specific training as offered by vendors to expand our manager's knowledge base to the benefit of our clients. Additionally, we appreciate the time commitment that Board members make in serving their communities.
