Kay & Burton has a long history in Melbourne. Our story began in 1938 in South Yarra, where you will find our head office still a hive of activity in that sought-after location today. Few people remember that Kay & Burton was one of the first in the industry to beco-founded by a woman. It was also the first to market and sell off the plan some of Melbourne's most iconic residential apartment buildings in the St Kilda Road precinct - buildings that remain tightly held and highly sought after. The vision then for leadership and innovation continues uninterrupted today. Over the years, our success has seen other branch offices established across Victoria with an ever-growing number of employees working across our Sales, Property Management & Leasing and Projects & Developments divisions.
