My passion for travel and food brought me around the world where I discovered the eclectic flavor profiles that influence my unique jams. During my travels to Asia, I learned how different types of food affect your body and health and how to eat with a purpose. For this reason, my creations are all natural, preservatives free, gluten free and I offer many vegan options. Because my recipes are influenced by my travels, the flavors are wildly different than the standard jams you will find in your local grocery store. They are named for the cities that inspired them.
