Having started his working life in finance, Kumar switched to general management after achieving an MBA at Cranfield School of Management. He has been in computer games for over 20 years and is a founder director of dRi , a company specialising in virtual and augmented reality experiences. Her role at Mediwave involves liaising between the developers and the Mindwave team in London, UK to ensure that the projects are completed and delivered on time. She loves her best buddy, Jamie, a German shepherd who was rescued from a breeder. Aishwaryaa keeps herself occupied in her free time by volunteering at orphanages, old age homes and animal welfare organizations. Arul is a flexible developer with a solid understanding of the fundamentals of programming in general. He adheres to Agile methodologies and best practices of coding to ensure it is easy to maintain.
