MD Solutions Australasia Pty Ltd goes back to 1964 as Mayven Medical Pty Ltd, and is based on that experience. It continues to be; TO SPECIALISE IN THE SUPPLY OF QUALITY SURGICAL REQUIREMENTS. We morphed into Urology Solutions in 2000 after selling the Mayven business. We were then acquired by Gyrus Plc after we grew their products by 650% in 3 yea... rs. We combined the 3 business units and grew, after amalgamation, by 35%, year on year for 3 years. We also successfully restructured the operations in Asia to turn around the sales from a declining 12% pathway to a growth of over 30% in the first year, after which Olympus acquired the whole Gyrus business in a takeover in Feb 2008. MD Solutions evolved co-operatively from some of the team that did not transition after the takeover. Niche surgery is a key focus and we want to sustain an enjoyable experience for all Suppliers, Colleagues and Customers. We have established ourselves through the continuing devoted interest of all members of staff, which includes a highly experienced Sales team and Bio-Medical Engineers. We have experience in bringing many new products to market from the earliest stages. We proudly claim to be the top echelon of sellers of a number of agency lines.
