Maydel Farms Ltd . is a modern grain and livestock farm with a goal to efficiently produce agricultural products while being a responsible member of our community and a good steward of the land and the flora and fauna that flourish here. Maydel Farms was incorporated in 1971 as a family business owned and operated by third & fourth generation membe... rs of the Frederickson Family. Situated in NE Saskatchewan, Maydel Farms operates in the Parkland Region with black soils, natural aspen forests, and a climate that provides relatively dependable rain and snowfall. Crops of canola, wheat, barley, and peas are grown on 8000 acres with an additional 4000 acres in alfalfa, hay, pastue and native forest land.
