Maxim Services, LLC was formed in 2001 with the purchase of an electrical contracting company which became Maxim Electric, LLC and the creation of a construction service company, Maxim Construction, LLC. The companies each provide services based on the need whether it be repair, maintenance, replacement, or contract work covering commercial and ind... ustrial markets. The companies are committed to provide high quality and reliable service to all of our customers at competitive prices. Maxim Services provides repairs, service work, routine maintenance and contract work in the commercial and industrial arena throughout the Midwest. Maxim Services provides in-house electrical, concrete work, overhead door, loading dock maintenance services, and welding to a wide range of customers. We repair, maintain (scheduled service) and replace overhead doors/ mechanical pit levelers/EOD (edge of dock) levelers. We also provide inspection services for trucking facilities, warehouses, industrial buildings, local property management firms and commercial buildings. It is our goal to provide customers with a one source contact to assist you in your planning. Our desire is to have our customers make only one call for their maintenance needs.
