Maria's Cantina was our answer to what had become the often repeated performance of the California, Mexican-American restaurant. With so many wonderful Latin recipes and traditions to pull from, we thought it was time that a Latin-oriented dining experience paired the familiar with the rare, the old with the new. Our food philosophy is simple: start with family recipes from the old country and experiment in making them our own and never compromise on quality by committing to the use of fresh, natural ingredients prepared from scratch everyday. Our daily goal is equally simple: transport your guests to a brief vacation of original cuisine, genuine service and captivating surroundings.
