RMC Project Estimators are given special training on up-to-date technology that allows us to work directly with all insurance carriers. Our Estimators have years of experience with all types of disaster related repairs and construction assessments. They take the time to communicate to the homeowner about the insurance and repair process. RMC Project Supervisors are all lead-safe certified renovators (Iowa). Possessing strong working skills as professional builders/carpenters, they are responsible for overseeing the entire restoration process. Our Project Supervisors are professional managers who provide strong knowledge and communication to the homeowner about choices, scheduling and project completion. RMC Production Staff is a team of experienced drywall, finish cabinetry, painting and demolition technicians.
