Sadly, during this period of Covid-19 restrictions we are not able to open for in-person browsing, public computer access nor able continue to operate the click and collect service we call 'Ring & Read'. Please be aware that Gateshead libraries, and Low Fell amongst them, will continue to lend books electronically through the BorrowBox scheme - see below. Library closed until further notice. The digital collection gives you 24 hour access to thousands of e-books and hundreds of e-audiobooks. It's available to all Gateshead library members. All you need is your Library ID (the code on your green ticket beginning DD9) and your pin. If you don't have one or have forgotten it just call the library and we will be happy to set up a new one.
