Lock One, Inc. is a full service forensics and design firm serving Ohio and the greater Midwest. Our diverse clientele includes heavy industry, government entities, insurance and legal firms, architects, and fellow engineers. From 1988 to 1995, Lock One provided building code administration and plan review services for Washington and Noble Counties in southeast Ohio, on a contract basis. During this time Mr. Bir served as Chief Building Official. This experience has proven to be a very valuable asset when working on projects involving building safety and building code compliance.
