Local Government Liability Pool

LGLP provides a reasonably broad coverage form that still permits the establishment of a financially sound and stable liability protection program. Generally, LGLP's liability program will include the following categories: General Liability - Liability stemming from general services and activities, (including bodily injury, property damage, persona... l injury, civil rights, watercraft liability, among others). Automobile Liability. Directors and Officers Liability - Liability stemming from the errors and omissions of public officials Health care Providers Liability (Medical Malpractice) - Liability stemming from the errors and omissions of health care providers. Governmental entities that join LGLP are required to participate in all aspects of the program. For example, a governmental entity will not be allowed to participate for just automobile liability claims or just civil rights actions.
