Ive been going to LIFT Training since the pre covid days. David and Jess have never failed to provide an intense workout with an individualized approach. Ive tried a lot of studios in the area, but this place was the first that I really felt wasnt afraid to challenge me mentally and physically. If you want a good workout, come here!! They arent intimidating at all, but know when to push you. I was a big box gym go-er for a long time...limited results. I was never one to try a class-based gym because my work schedule does not allow patterned work hours. LIFT Training, however, provides results and a community that you cannot replicate at any other gym. Intentional training means training with purpose. We dont throw random exercises at you for 45 minutes. From our group classes to private training, your workouts will be programmed with intention and work over time to improve how you look and feel inside and outside of the gym.
