Our corporate offices and construction materials testing laboratory are located in Houston, Texas. Our founding principle was simple: provide high-quality services to meet the needs of our clients in an efficient, professional, and cost-effective manner. We originally provided environmental site assessment services to the petroleum land acquisition industry and, soon thereafter, to the wireless and commercial site development industries. To better meet client needs, we added wireless site acquisition services and expanded our environmental services to include permitting, strategic regulatory compliance, wetlands delineation, remediation, and archeological and historical architecture. Throughout the last 16 years, we have continued to expand our service offering to include site development technical services we were originally managing on a third-party basis. These include surveying, wireless A&E services, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials testing. Due to breadth of our service offering, we expanded our clientele to include residential and industrial site developers.
