In 1993 Susan graduated from Humber College, Funeral Se... rvice Education Program and was issued a funeral directors licence by the Ontario Board of Funeral Services. In June 1994 she moved to Midland to pursue a career in the funeral profession under the direction of Dean Nicholls and the Nicholls Family. Susan is a former Rotarian. She has been a member of the Midland and District Business Women's Association since 2008 and had spent four years with the Executive Committee as their Communications Director. She holds the honour of the "Meridian 2012 Female Entrepreneur of the Year Award" and is currently a judge of the "Meridian Women of Excellence Awards".
