Once you've found a house or apartment you love, a local estate agent will be instructed to value your current home. If you agree to the selling price and give the go-ahead to proceed, the agent will be instructed to market and sell your home. While this process is happening, we'll keep you fully in the loop by providing feedback on viewings. When a buyer's found, you can reserve your new home with us. Our team can then suggest independent solicitors and mortgage advisers to help you exchange. And, once the sale of your existing home and the purchase of your new home are complete, we'll pay your estate agent fees.
