By historical client contact, most of our projects have been located in the Capital District or within a three-hour radius. Our past projects have ranged in size and cost of construction from $50,000 to $12,000,000 from new buildings, renovations and additions, as well as feasibility and planning studies. Our clients have included individual private owners, construction companies and construction managers, private organizations with committees, non- for- profit and religious organizations. Many of our projects have included coordination and overview with municipal and state funding agencies.
