Labelnet Ltd are one of the UKs leading manufacturers of Labels, Tickets, Tags and Cardboard Packaging and works out of their office and factory unit in Ongar, Essex. Labelnet was founded in the Summer of 1999 and was set up by the current owner and managing director, Neil Southgate. Neil has a strong industry background having spent his early year... s working in his fathers label business after leaving school - he then took a break when this business was successfully sold in the early 90s, and spent some years selling business equipment. His true passion and core knowledge was in labelling and it was then that Neil decided to set up Labelnet Ltd. Back then, Labelnet had just two employees, no customers and a second hand flexographic press in a small section of the factory unit in Ongar. Today it owns the two storey office and double factory unit and has a steady growing team of some 25 staff. The business if going from strength to strength and is enjoying a time of great expansion. This year, Labelnet have installed some brand new state of the art production machinery. The FL-3 press is cutting edge technologically and ultra efficient " it has expanded the product offering and hugely improved internal processes. Production lead times and machinery downtime has improved, ensuring that Labelnet offer the very best possible service and product to their customers. The FL-3 has a job recall feature and unique job set up which has increased productivity without compromising on the quality of the end product. The 100% web inspection system automatically checks that every single label produced is the highest possible quality.
