Since then the brand has grown to be in stores throughout New Zealand, Australia, North America, and Asia, gaining global recognition in its quality linens and cottons as well as unique signature accessories and childrenswear styles. Karibou is all about creating magical mother-daughter moments, being playful together, whilst teaching your little d... arling to develop her own unique style. Our designs are developed and created by me in our little studio based on the North Shore of Auckland in lush and beautiful New Zealand. I am constantly inspired to create by my two little darlings Karolina and Jean who were 1 and 3 when I started Karibou. For me the design work is an ongoing process, as is sourcing of quality fabrics and building a community of likeminded mamas is a never-ending mission of mine. Our focus is on beautiful natural fabrics that are pleasant to the touch and feel wonderful against your child's skin. Gorgeous colours and unique designs combined with an amazing fabric complete the look of a beautiful garment that can be treasured for generations.
