Joondalup Education Support Centre is a dynamic Independent Primary School specialising in education for students with special needs. Centrally located in the Northern Suburbs we are a school of choice for families locally and afar. We share our campus with Joondalup Primary School. We are dedicated to working collaboratively with Joondalup Primary... School and have many exciting initiatives and established partnerships in place. We have small classroom sizes with a high staff ratio. Teachers and Education Assistants are specially trained in educating students with disabilities. All families are individual and unique. At Joondalup Education Support Centre we work collaboratively with families to ensure that both are working on common goals and targets. Each student is planned for individually. Each student has an Individual Education Plan (IEP) which is written in collaboration with parents and other important people such as therapists. The IEP outlines academic, social and emotional goals which will be targeted. IEP's are reported on formally at the end of each semester. This website will give you an insight to the programs we deliver and will give you a sense of what we are about. We are able to take enrolments at any time throughout the year, and are able to meet with families for tours and more information whenever is convenient for you.
