We scrutinize project costs in comparison to the initial budget and as well as keeping you informed of opportunities and risks based upon the design options. We prepare all RFP and bid documents by employing a detailed Trade Sum Analysis. This offers assurance that, should changes to the scope become necessary or desired, there won't be any surprises during construction. JLS conducts extensive pre-qualification interviews of General Contractors and/or Construction Managers for each project to ensure a pool of qualified competitive firms. A detailed analysis of the interview process is presented to our clients along with our recommendations.
