(JDNAI) was established in 1985, as a representation organization. In 1990, JDNAI expanded it's capabilities by moving into an office location that is 2,000 sq. feet. This facility has the abiility to support both warehousing and administrative functions. This expansion was vital in allowing JDNAI to expand it's horizon into the distribution market... . The organization began to stock various products for distribution. In addition to our distribution capability, JDNAI has many other capabilities, some of which are listed below: Customer Service and Support Technical Support UPS and FedEx Shipping Various Freight Carriers including, but not limited to: R&L Carriers, Monroe Transportation and Roadway Hazardous Materials Management (Shipping & Receiving) Forklift capabilities Various pieces of demonstration equipment Webpage Maintenance and Development JDNAI currently consists of 4 employees. We cover a territory of two states (Illinois & Wisconsin); however, we are not limited to those states with some of of our product lines. Various applications in distribution market are from various regions throughout the continental United States. We typically advise customers that are distant to go through their regional distribution avenues for they would be better able to support their needs, however, in some cases, like product availability, readiness etc. become a factor we will satisfy the customer's needs. Mostly we try to remain focused on our region where the majority of our business partners are located. JDNAI is active in several different chapters of the Surface Mount Technology Assocation (SMTA), including the Illinois and Wisconsin chapters. Gerri Noble is the current treasurer of the Great Lakes Chapter (Illinois) and prior to that role she held the title of secretary of the Great Lakes Chapter.
