Jaks Tap began it's journey in the summer of 1996 with hopes of creating Chicago's premier multi-tap restaurant bar featuring 40 draft beers, great food, and a friendly, neighborhood atmosphere. Jaks roots stem from The Village Tap in Roscoe Village, where Mike Green, Evan Jones & James Krogh had a vision of creating another classic neighborhood de... stination spot in the West Loop.
