We have assisted locally-owned small businesses in helping them achieve their goals while removing the burden of information technology. IT Pros is locally owned by businessman, Gaetan Hemond of Spartanburg, South Carolina. Gaetan began his career with MCI in Greenville, South Carolina. At MCI he learned customer service skills and the ins-and-outs of the telecommunication industry. In 1998 Gaetan left MCI to begin his career in the computer consulting industry. Gaetan has worked to build a team who collaborates and works together to provide consistency for our customers. IT Pros strives to ensure that the end user doesn't see a difference in the results, no matter who handles the issue.
