The rebrand is the culmination of a process started several years ago when IBS correctly predicted the importance of cloud technology and developed exclusive online versions of its versatile POSLink POS and StockLink product offerings. "We're fast approaching our 25th anniversary but we still feel as enthusiastic and energised as when we first opened for business," said Dee Powell, IBS's commercial director responsible for developing the new look and feel. "We have literally been rushed off our feet demonstrating our 100% cloud-based products throughout 2014 as operators see the value in online technology that simplifies rather than complicates how they operate." "What's more, our application programming interface (API) integration with other technology applications allows us to unite numerous business tools to enable clients to crossover functionality and seamlessly share and interpret data." IBS currently integrates with a dozen or so hospitality applications including LiveRes, PayPal and S4 Labour. "The new logo mirrors the simplification of our product offering and the increasing importance of partnerships with third parties," said Dee. "We were talking to a client who said they had seen a demo where the EPOS supplier had almost two dozen versions of its POS offering. We have just one, which can be configured to a client's exact requirements, regardless of the different service styles."
