CPA Partners Pty Ltd is an accounting firm with three offices across Sydney. Four years ago, we decided to retire our onsite servers and migrate all our services to the cloud. Our major software service provider, Sage Handisoft, recommended two cloud service providers and we chose to go with integratedPRIVATE. We have since acquired three other acc... ounting firms and our cloud server had grown according to our needs without a hiccup. We would never entertain the idea of going back to an in-house server and we highly recommend the services of integratedPRIVATE to any business considering a provider that is always available to meet its IT needs in a personal and professional manner. We have been on the cloud platform with Integrated Private since our file server crashed in March 2016. They were extremely helpful and supportive and were able to transfer all of our HandiTax information from all prior years starting with the 2000 financial year right up to the date of the crash and had us up and running very quickly. Since that time, they have given us almost instant support whenever we have needed it. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Any request we make is almost instantly acted upon. They take care of all the back-ups of our data base and all of the updates from HandiSoft as soon as they become available. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff there and would never go back to a file server again. Compass Group Accounting has operated from an integratedPRIVATE cloud server since 2015 and in that time we have always had exceptional service. Our server speeds are great and we are able to request assistance on very industry specific issues.
