The AGM resolved on all points in accordance with the Board's and the Nomination Committee's proposals The meeting approved the results and balance sheet of both the company and the group. Shareholders of Insplorion AB (publ) 556798-8760, are hereby given notice to the Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 3 p.m. at Biotech Center, Arvid Wallgrens backe 20 (7th floor), in Gothenburg. Registration begins at 2:30 p.m. Shareholders who wish to attend the Annual General Meeting must be entered in the share register kept by Euroclear Sweden AB by May 2, 2023, and must also notify the Company of theirFifth subscription period of T01 starts January 22
The fifth and final subscription period starts January 22 until February 5, 2023. As this date is on a Sunday, subscription will be allowed until and including Monday 6 February. Insplorion has one outstanding warrant program, TO1 2018/2023 which was distributed to all shareholders in connection with the financing agreement with ESGO, signed at the beginning of 2018.
