Vincent is a founder and Director of Insight Leadership Consulting Limited in Hong Kong, and Insight Leadership Inc. in Montréal, Canada. He lived in Hong Kong for ten years after living in Shanghai from 1995 to 2000. Prior to opening his own companies Vincent worked 12 years for global human resource consulting firm, Hewitt Associates (now called Aon Hewitt), where he held a number of positions culminating in him being the General Manager for Hewitts Hong Kong operations.
