Founded in 2003 by Julia Tolly and Jennifer MacCracken, this women-owned business was built on the foundation of ensuring the individuals' needs are always first. Individuals First, Inc. (IFI) is a small, personal agency that is truly ded... icated to each individual being served. IFI is committed to person-centered planning and will make the program work for the individual, not the individual working for the program. The individual IS first and their services will be delivered with the utmost professionalism, dignity and respect. IFI recognizes the individual and their family know what their interests, needs, and preferences are, therefore, we will base their services on this knowledge. IFI will work together with the individual and their family to work towards their personal goals and improve their quality of life.
