Individuals First Employee Directory

To enhance the lives of the individuals we support by empowering them to reach toward their own personal goals. Founded in 2003 by Julia Tolly and Jennifer MacCracken, this women-owned business was built on the foundation of ensuring the individuals' needs are always first. Individuals First, Inc. (IFI) is a small, personal agency that is truly ded... icated to each individual being served. IFI is committed to person-centered planning and will make the program work for the individual, not the individual working for the program. The individual IS first and their services will be delivered with the utmost professionalism, dignity and respect. IFI recognizes the individual and their family know what their interests, needs, and preferences are, therefore, we will base their services on this knowledge. IFI will work together with the individual and their family to work towards their personal goals and improve their quality of life. IFI also recognizes that services are only as good as the person providing them, therefore, IFI strives to hire staff who are creative, professional, and committed to providing quality care. We are invested in our employees and their development. We provide ongoing training and the ability to attend relevant seminars to "grow and learn together". IFI is devoted to providing services and support that are as unique as each individual being served. Please contact us for further information.
