Since that first deal, I have done dozens of real estate investments, from campus rentals to fix and flips. All along the way, I have looked at ways technology could help me invest. I have been a long-term user of Airbnb and believe that nailing every little detail of the experience maximizes the happiness of the guest and the property owner.
