Jitka [yitka] Holt, the principal of Holt Communications Inc., is an organizational communications strategist and coach who has advised leadership teams both in North America and Europe on internal and external communication issues related to periods of transition. As a conceptual thinker, Jitka specializes in designing and implementing communicati... on strategies for periods of change, such as performance improvement or operational efficiency programs, and organizational restructuring. While heading Holt Communications Inc., Jitka has primarily focused on organizational change as it relates to the implementation of information technology. Recently, she has demonstrated her strategic expertise in the telecommunications and health-care sectors. In her earlier roles, she facilitated transition in engagements in the banking, insurance, consumer goods and utilities sectors. Jitka also works as a personal coach for individuals experiencing or preparing for major transition. She offers personalized programs for private individuals, organizational leaders and teams. Jitka originally acquired her business acumen and strategic skills while working for a global strategic management consultancy, McKinsey & Company . She has earned her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach designation at the Coaches Training Institute , and is an Associate Certified Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation . She is a certified practitioner in using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and the Strong Interest Inventory®. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Simon Fraser University.
