About Holmes Foods
"Holmes Foods, Inc. has been in business for over seventy-five (75) years. It started as ice plant in 1925 and, then, developed into a processor of turkeys, heavy hens, broilers and even duck. Holmes Foods, today, is a total vertically integrated poultry company. We merged three (3) divisions: hatchery, feed mill and processing plant into one company in November of 2000. We are very grateful to our current owners: S. R. (Pal) Lester, Tom Lester, Sr. and Ricky Lester for providing over 300 jobs that support all of our families. We are especially thankful to all our employees that are dedicated to working very hard at producing the finest, safest poultry products in the world.
