Having worked for many years in a large corporate organisation surveying and valuing properties throughout Devon and Cornwall on a daily basis, it was apparent individual clients were not getting the personalised service they deserved. Clients were not being provided with an adequate speed of service, or the level of advice needed, to allow them time to make appropriate and reasonably informed decisions about their property purchase, often leading to misinterpretation and sometimes unnecessary sales collapses, wasting the clients time and money. My aim is to provide you with the advice you need within a suitable and realistic timeframe. Allowing you the time in what is a stressful process, to reflect and make an informed choice about your proposed purchase. At the point of quotation I will discuss the property with you in order to assess your concerns, thoughts, budget and desires and determine the level of service and report type which will best suit your needs and address your main concerns. At the time of survey, as well as providing a same day verbal report on any major issues, I offer you the opportunity to meet me on site after the inspection to discuss any significant issues, allowing you to see the problem and discuss the implications, costs and way forward at the earliest opportunity.
